Design

Pumpspec's engineering department is well resourced and often engages in custom builds for our clients. We design and build everything from pump bases, through to full pumping solutions to suit customer's specific requirements.

CAD

All internal design work is performed in our 3D CAD package. Models of existing parts are created, and new parts are then fitted into the model. This eliminates the need for any rework or fine tuning, and allows easy fabrication of precision CNC machined parts. Manufacturing drawings are created from our 3D models, and are updated as changes are made. All our engineers are fluent in the use of 3D CAD, and it is an integral part of the service we supply.
